At Bluekey AI Technology, we are dedicated to transforming the international undergraduate educational experience through our advanced, data-driven technology. Bluekey AI Technology introduces a Research & Development Program. This initiative is designed for OISE master's students with a passion for educational technology and a strong interest in developing innovative assessment frameworks. The program focuses on using Agile Methodologies to create and refine assessment content tailored to undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences, Business and Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, and Physical and Life Sciences.

Program Objectives

The program's objectives focus on using the Agile Methodology approach for creating interdisciplinary assessment frameworks and achieving enhancement based on participant feedback.

  • The program offers master's students the chance to work on projects that combine their academic interests with professional industry development in the EdTech space, applying their knowledge to solve real-world challenges.

  • Design and create assessment tests that evaluate undergraduate international students' academic abilities together with cultural and social competencies, catering to a wide range of disciplines.

  • Conduct, collect, and analyze feedback from test participants to iteratively improve the assessment content and delivery mechanisms.

Program Duration

The program will run from March 15, through August 30, 2024, comprising five rotations, each lasting approximately 4 weeks.

o   Rotation 1: March 11 – April 8, 2024

o   Rotation 2: April 11 – May 15, 2024

o   Rotation 3: May 20 – June 21, 2024

o   Rotation 4: June 24 – July 26, 2024

o   Rotation 5: July 27 – August 27, 2024

Commitment with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments, estimated at 15-20 hours per week virtually.


  • Collaborate with Bluekey AI's assessment development team to research and design assessment testing models.

  • Create content and design the category and order for each assessment that reflect the diverse academic requirements and cultural backgrounds of international students.

  • Implement assessments to select tester groups and collect structured feedback.

  • Collect feedback data to recommend improvements and adjustments to the assessment framework.


  • Obtain a recommendation letter and a completion certificate from Bluekey AI Technology.

  • Acquire practical experience in developing technology.

  • Contribute to solutions that aid the academic achievements of international students.

  • Benefit from guidance provided by professionals in the industry and academic field.
